For a specific goal or support over a longer period

No obligation to continue
Each package is agreed after a conversation about what you are looking for.
Four stages, from first conversation to progress
We talk about your current situation, what you would like to achieve and the challenges you face. This shows which support will be useful.
We look at your experience, strengths and ambitions, and at the opportunities they open up.
We agree on the best way forward: a single session or a personalised package.
You leave with practical next steps and guidance for your situation, and further sessions are available whenever they help.

A practical approach to career development
I am Christopher Usina, a UK-based expert in business analysis, business architecture, and solutions analysis and implementation across the public and private sectors, with a growing focus on AI-enabled organisations and business intelligence. This has given me insight into different working environments and professional skills expectations.
I am also the founder of BA Professional Programmes (opens in a new tab), a professional member of BCS and a committee member of the BCS Merseyside Branch.
My aim is to help people make informed career decisions, recognise the value of their experience and approach their next steps with a clear plan.
